1. Digital Goods

StackPrompt is a marketplace for digital goods, specifically AI prompt instructions and kits. Due to the immediate, easily copyable, and consumable nature of digital text and prompt instructions, all sales are final and non-refundable.

2. Exceptions

We do not offer refunds for "buyer's remorse," if a prompt does not yield the exact expected result (as AI generation is inherently variable), or if you no longer need the prompt.

Refunds or credits will only be issued at our sole discretion in the event of:

  • A critical technical failure on our platform that prevents you from accessing a purchased prompt.
  • Fraudulent transactions or billing errors.

3. Quality Assurance

We encourage buyers to carefully review the prompt description, example outputs, and community reviews before making a purchase. If you believe a prompt has been falsely advertised, please use the "Report" button on the kit page so our team can investigate and potentially remove the listing.
