1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using StackPrompt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Prohibited Content

StackPrompt strictly prohibits the upload, sale, or sharing of explicit, illegal, or harmful content. This includes, but is not limited to:

• NSFW, sexually explicit, or pornographic prompts.
• Prompts designed to generate hate speech, harassment, or violence.
• Prompts designed to bypass AI safety filters (jailbreaks) for malicious purposes.
• Copyright-infringing material.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without payout or refund.

3. User Liability & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the original prompts you create and upload. However, by uploading a kit to StackPrompt, you grant us a license to display, distribute, and process payments for that kit. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to sell the content you upload.

4. Payments and Payouts

StackPrompt utilizes Stripe for payment processing. By selling on our platform, you agree to Stripe's Connected Account terms. We reserve the right to withhold payouts for accounts flagged for fraudulent activity or terms violations.
